IEC added product expansion into electronic footpedals, as a complement to our electronics business.

Hydrolico Acquisition and Integration - 2022

We led the evaluation of company fit, synergies, financials and integration planning for Hydrolico’s purchase by Bailey in 2022. Hydrolico had the main office in Montreal, QC, Canada, with a satellite office in Grand Rapids, MI, USA.

Hydrolico added product and geographic expansion, along with an increase in technical strength and hydraulics systems integration to Bailey overall.
