Ken Baker, President

Ken has more than 25 years of executive leadership, including more than a decade as CEO of Bailey International. Proven track record of success in business leadership, strategy and driving technology-focused transformation and delivering measurable process and systems improvements.

Ken has working through two ownership transitions from a family business to private equity ownership to family office ownership. In addition, he has worked through three add-on acquisitions and numerous company evaluations for strategic and financial fit.

Educated as an electrical engineer, with early career work in design and research and development, Ken also works to apply technology solutions that fit. He also has a background as a Lean manufacturing consultant and implementor with a strong tool set to approach process problems.
